When you use Digital Loyalty:

• We act as a Data Processor for the consumer data you collect through our platform. You (the business customer) are the Data Controller for your consumers' data.

This means you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent and legal basis to collect and process your consumers' personal data through our platform.

When you register for Digital Loyalty, we collect:

• Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)
